The George Wheeler Restaurant has developed a reputation as one of the finest restaurants in Wales over the last 50 years. The dedication and skill of the current team has enabled the hotel to gain a coveted Good Food Guide 2011 Award listing and the Pembrokeshire Produce Merit Awards for dining.
The 15th century kitchen restaurant provides a unique ambience in which to enjoy your meal, with a capacity for 40 people. The team takes full advantage of Pembrokeshire's local produce to provide a selection of innovative and traditional dishes to suit all palates.
Through the experience of the staff, the restaurant reflects the proprietor's love and knowledge of good food and wine.

The majority of our produce is sourced locally, with fresh fish delivered 2-3 times a week directly from Milford Haven.
